Shipping & Returns

Shipping Details:

• Delivery Charges: Rs. 199/-. Free delivery for orders over Rs. 1490/-.
• Processing Time: Orders received on Sundays and Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
• Delivery Time: Typically 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). During busy shopping seasons or high demand, delivery may take up to 7 working days.
• Order Confirmation: New customers will receive a confirmation call, SMS, or WhatsApp message from our Customer Service Representative.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements:

• Return Policy: Unused, unworn, and unwashed merchandise in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Return Process: Please return goods with a mention of the reason for returning.
• Return Shipping: Customers must return merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.
• Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges (typically Rs. 250) will not be refunded.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer within 2-3 working days after receiving the returned products.
• Replacement Deliveries: Replacement deliveries are charged approximately Rs. 350 to cover courier charges for round-trip delivery.
• Procedure: Customers must pack items in their original or similar packaging. A rider will collect the old parcel and deliver the new one.
• Special Cases: In some instances, refunds may be processed based on provided tracking information without waiting for the physical return of the product.
