Refund Policy

Return Period: We offer a 15-day return window from the date of your purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Products: If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We accept returns for these items within 15 days of receipt. Faulty or incorrect products will be exchanged or refunded in full. Please provide detailed information about the issue to expedite the resolution process.

Return Guidelines:

  • Initiate returns within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide the Order ID or the phone number used at the time of order placement for any exchange or refund request.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping returned products to our facility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect products.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. Any undisclosed defects or damages in the returned product will lead to the refusal of the exchange or refund.
  • Complete a return form available via our WhatsApp Helpline before returning any product(s).

Processing of Requests:

  • Allow 2-4 working days for processing refund or exchange requests upon receipt of the returned product.
  • Refunds are strictly processed through Bank Transfer; cash transactions are not permitted.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders and Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders are exempt from our standard Return and Exchange policy, except in cases of manufacturing errors.
  • Products older than one month from the date of purchase or used items are not eligible for return.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable):

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via message about the status of your refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days, exclusively through Bank Transfer.

Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

  • If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company and bank to understand their processing times.
  • If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us.
