Faulty products can be returned within a 15-day period following receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging with all accompanying accessories.

3. Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to availability. If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please fill out the form provided below. Once we receive your details, a replacement will be arranged. A courier will collect the current product and deliver the new one.

4. Refunds: Refunds are processed within 2-4 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. The refund will be issued via bank transfer. Please note that refund times may vary due to bank processing delays beyond our control.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return transit. Cart and Pick is not liable for any items lost during return shipping.

6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges: Delivery charges will not be refunded for returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or mistaken orders placed by customers. Shipping costs are refundable only in cases where the fault lies with Cart and Pick, such as faulty products or packing errors.
